These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coachify, including the website located at usecoachify.com and any related services (the "Service"), operated by Coachify LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Coachify," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Coachify analyzes user-submitted video content and provides automated, AI-generated coaching feedback intended to help creators improve future content. Coachify uses third-party AI services, including Anthropic's Claude models and OpenAI's transcription services, to generate this analysis.
The scores, ratings, and feedback provided by the Service are generated by automated systems and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are inherently subjective, are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable, and should not be treated as professional, legal, marketing, or financial advice. Your reliance on any feedback, score, or recommendation provided by the Service is at your own risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
New accounts may be eligible for one complimentary video analysis. Continued use of the Service beyond the free trial requires an active paid subscription. Coachify currently offers Essential (up to 5 video analyses per month), Pro (up to 20 per month), and Elite (up to 50 per month), each billed monthly. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your monthly video quota resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or our billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access through the period you've already paid for. All payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law. We may change subscription prices from time to time; any change will apply starting with your next billing cycle after we notify you.
You retain all ownership rights in the videos and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Coachify a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our third-party AI and processing providers described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any User Content you upload.
Uploaded video files are automatically deleted from our storage 90 days after upload. Your generated reports, scores, and written feedback are retained as part of your account history and are not subject to this deletion schedule.
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content; use the Service to violate any law or third-party platform policy; attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the Service; use automated means to access the Service outside of any APIs we publish; resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent; or attempt to reverse engineer the methodology behind our analysis. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Coachify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coachify LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, email the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
